Warehouse Ops/Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor all vehicles and equipment that live in the warehouse — tracking condition, flagging issues, and coordinating repairs Identify and address maintenance issues proactively before they become bigger problems Operate a forklift to receive, move, and stage deliveries and equipment throughout the warehouse Perform routine and as-needed repairs using hands‑on skills including painting, welding, fabrication, and general contracting Ensure all assets are in good condition and production‑ready at all times Apply working knowledge of vehicle systems to identify and address basic mechanical needs Who You Are Exceptionally good with your hands — you fix things, you don't just flag them Experienced in facility maintenance, mechanical work, or skilled trades (painting, welding, fabrication, etc.) Comfortable working with vehicles and have a basic understanding of how they work Takes pride in an organized, well‑maintained workspace A clear communicator who keeps the team in the loop without being asked Reliable, self‑sufficient, and takes ownership of a space Schedule & Compensation 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 8:30:00 AM–5:00 PM $30-35/hr, Potential for over‑time On‑site at our Queens, NY warehouse #J-18808-Ljbffr
