Job TitleThis role is responsible for constructing products or components by following detailed instructions, using tools, and ensuring quality standards are met.Responsibilities & DutiesRead and interpret blueprints or schematics to understand assembly requirements.Gather and organize materials and tools needed for the assembly process.Assemble components manually or with machinery, ensuring precision and alignment.Inspect and test assembled products for defects or deviations from specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.Document production and quality control data as required by supervisors.All other duties assigned.Other ResponsibilitiesTo ensure Kelvion's Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational FrameworkRequirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsUnderstanding of assembly processes, tools, and safety standardsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsManual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasksBasic math and measurement skillsExperience with hand tools and machineryTeamwork and communication skillsEducation And Experience (Required Levels)High School diploma or equivalent1-2 years work experiencePhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
