Early Childhood Program CoordinatorQualifications: High School Diploma/Equivalent Two years of experience in education, recreation, other related fields preferred. Minimum Desired Qualifications: Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and computer skills Experience collaborating in teams Demonstrates an understanding of cultural competencyPurpose: Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for families as they learn about and register for early childhood programs, navigate scholarship applications, and coordinate billing for early childhood and Village Kids families. Schedules child study meetings as well as Early Childhood Special Education evaluation and IEP meetings.Responsibilities: Register participants in Eleyo for: ECFE, Family Learning, Half Day Preschool, All Day Preschool, Village Kids, Early Childhood Screenings Approves new contracts and contract changes for All Day Preschool and Half Day Preschool Collect and organize enrollment forms from families enrolled in Half Day and All Day Preschool Responsible for billing families through Eleyo for: All Day Preschool and Village Kids (weekly) Half Day Preschool (monthly) Monitor use of vacation credits for each family Monitor accounts and collect past due payments from families Submits billing to agencies: MEC Pro2 for Childcare Assistance (monthly) ELSA for Pathway 2 Early Learning Scholarships (bi-weekly) Think Small for Pathway 1 Early Learning Scholarships (bi-weekly) Student Information responsibilities: Enter information for students who qualify for an Early Learning Scholarship into ELSA Enter information for students who qualify for Childcare Assistance into MEC2-Pro Enter all early childhood and ECSE students into Skyward, the Student Information System Enter EC/ECSE student data and attendance into Skyward for MCCC reporting Enter early childhood screening records into Skyward and google sheet (Jess assigns MARSS) Send screening summaries to WP Schedules ECSE evaluation and IEP meetings Schedule child study meetings and communicate with ECSE team and families Send specific paperwork pertaining to child study meetings to families Schedule and communicate early childhood picture day and make up picture day 15 hours per weekSalary: $20.24 - $22.20 per hour depending on experience It is the St. Anthony New Brighton School District's policy to provide equal education opportunity for all students and to provide equal employment opportunity for all employees.
