Territory Sales Manager

Develop and execute a territory strategy across commercial and municipal pump markets to achieve bookings, revenue, and margin targets. Build, lead, and hold distributors/channel partners accountable to joint business plans, growth targets, and market coverage expectations. Drive new demand by influencing upstream stakeholders (engineers, consultants, contractors, owners) to increase specification and preference for Pentair solutions. Manage opportunities end-to-end from specification through quotation, order execution, and project close, coordinating internal resources to deliver on customer commitments. Seek and activate new distributor relationships, expand coverage in emerging markets and follow up on leads sourced through Dodge, Rev. Ops, and A - Es. Communicate and present Pentairs value proposition to technical and commercial audiences through meetings, trainings, and customer-facing presentations.
