Job DescriptionThe Account Specialistis primarily focused on leading the renewal for existing accounts during the renewal window. The Account Specialist will have strong relationships with our customer success and sales teams to help ensure a great experience for our clients while mitigating risk.Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customersManage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecastingIdentify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesRespond to inbound commercial inquiries and route complex opportunities appropriatelyPartner with CSMs to align renewal timing with customer value realizationCollaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactionsKey ResponsibilitiesRenewal Management: Drive timely and accurate renewals by managing quotes, contracts, and customer communications, ensuring a seamless experienceCommercial Execution: Handle inbound commercial requests, identify small-scale upsell opportunities, and support pricing discussions in collaboration with CSMs & SalesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract termsData & Forecasting: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, update CRM records, and ensure visibility into commercial performanceCustomer Communication: Engage with customers to confirm renewal intent, clarify terms, and ensure commercial alignment with their evolving needsKey MetricsRenewal & Retention: Percentage of contracts successfully renewed and customers retained within assigned accountsCross-Sales & Upsells: Revenue generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities identified and executed through the renewal processRequired Qualifications2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing rolesStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship management abilitiesHighly organized with attention to detail and follow-throughProficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment#LI-DM1What’s in it For You?Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $78,400 USD - $145,600 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
