Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Huntington, Indiana. This role involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to facilitate their return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active license to practice in Indiana; excellent documentation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, and documents patient progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Participates in student training and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards. Adheres to safety protocols, including patient handling and infectious disease precautions.
