Are you a strong all-round Recruiter who can move comfortably between Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations roles without needing to specialise in just one area? Are you someone who can take a difficult role, build a Boolean search, identify the right companies, headhunt the right people and run them through a structured recruitment process? Are you highly organised, comfortable working across multiple searches at once, and disciplined enough to keep your ATS completely up to date?

We are My Derma Dream! A nearly 9-figure Skin Care brand in the United States since 2022. We are continuing to scale quickly and hiring across multiple functions across the business.

BUT...

We do not need a Recruiter who simply posts jobs and waits for applicants. We need someone who can go out into the market and find the right people.

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who can work across a broad range of roles including Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations. You will manage searches end-to-end, from sourcing and screening through to progressing candidates through our process, while keeping Teamtailor fully up to date and giving the Head of Talent Acquisition clear visibility across your pipeline.

You will use Boolean search, LinkedIn Business and AI tools such as ChatGPT to identify talent faster, build stronger candidate lists and improve the quality of your searches.

Results:

• 50–75 outbound messages per week, with the rest coming from applicants, referrals, previous pipelines, communities, databases, and follow-ups
• 8–12 recruiter screens per week
• 4–8 strong candidates progressed into the process per week
• 2–3 placements per month as the baseline

• Build high-quality talent pipelines through proactive headhunting.
• Build strong market maps and talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Give the Head of Talent Acquisition clear visibility across every active search.

Responsibilities:

• Own multiple Corporate recruitment searches from briefing through to placement.
• Recruit across Marketing, IT, Sales, Operations and other business functions as required.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Business and other relevant platforms.
• Build Boolean searches to identify highly relevant talent.
• Use ChatGPT and AI-assisted sourcing methods to identify candidates, companies and talent pools.
• Headhunt passive candidates rather than relying only on applicants.
• Screen candidates against the requirements of each role.
• Run candidates through the My Derma Dream recruitment process.
• Conduct Recruiter screens and structured candidate assessments.
• Maintain strong communication and engagement with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on difficult or priority searches.
• Keep Teamtailor fully updated across every candidate and role.
• Ensure candidate stages, notes, feedback and next actions are accurate.
• Maintain clean recruitment data and pipeline reporting.
• Build target company lists and talent maps for key roles.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on response rates and candidate quality.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, blockers and expected placements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in full-cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions rather than only one specialism.
• Previous experience recruiting roles within Marketing, IT, Sales and Operations.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience.
• Must have access to your own LinkedIn Business account.
• Strong Boolean search capability.
• Comfortable proactively headhunting passive candidates.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Experience with Teamtailor is highly advantageous.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Disciplined around ATS administration and candidate tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of searches.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new sourcing methods.
• Strong figure-it-out ability.
• Experience recruiting for fast-growth, e-commerce or DTC businesses is advantageous.
• Work 6 days/week.
• Work 10 hours/day.
• Read 2 books/month.
