Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests-chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-while adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze results for accuracy, identify and resolve errors, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document lab processes meticulously, provide training for new employees or students, and help uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
