Job Description Lettuce Entertain You – Aba Position: Chef de Cuisine Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $80,000-$90,000/year Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a Chef de Cuisine with 4-5+ years of Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Mediterranean cuisine experience a MUST. Job Summary Leads back-of-house (BOH) operations with a focus on execution, opening processes, and kitchen standards. Oversees food quality, inventory, and team performance while supporting menu changes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead daily BOH operations, including prep, cooking, and team supervision Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards Oversee opening processes, line checks, and kitchen readiness Maintain recipes, support menu updates, and communicate changes Supervise, train, and develop BOH team members Partner with FOH to ensure smooth service and communication Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards Requirements Strong kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume environment MUST have significant Mediterranean cuisine experience Knowledge of food safety, inventory, and cost control Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Additional Expectations Promote teamwork and a positive culture Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements Perform other duties as assigned About Us Aba Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, is a Mediterranean restaurant with a California influence.
