We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Director to help lead our team . This is a high pressure, high responsibility position that is not for the faint of heart. We are looking for a leader of people, not just a manager. A good fit is someone who will represent our business well. This is a high-speed restaurant atmosphere and certainly not a desk job.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself well, lead others well, and lead business results well
• Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all departments
• Manage POS systems
• Train, develop, and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational consistency
• Handle shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining smooth workflow
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, staff training sessions, and team meetings to foster a motivated workforce

Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree is acceptable (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership background
• Prior experience in restaurant leadership
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, including interviewing, training & development, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Must be willing to work 2-3 nights per week and most Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.
