This resource would be tracking and updating forecast for council actions – such as date, amount, subject matter, and whether the item needs to go to committee before council. In advance of council, there are some coordination activities – such as coordinating paperwork with the legal department as well as our procurement department.Need a successful individual to be detailed oriented, familiar with Excel, and a basic understanding of transactional work.Position requires keeping track and ensuring completed documentation and updating and coordinating different departments through clear communication.
