Entry-Level Project Manager / Scrum MasterFarouk Systems is a global leader in the professional beauty industry, renowned for its high-quality hair care products and innovative technologies. We are currently undertaking a significant and exciting initiative to upgrade our core SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, thereby seamlessly integrating with our B2B and B2C customers.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support project delivery and agile execution across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing expertise in project management and Agile methodologies.The candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring team alignment to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverablesTrack project progress, risks, and dependenciesMaintain project documentation (status reports, schedules, RAID logs)Support resource coordination and task assignmentsProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project statusScrum Master Responsibilities:Daily stand-upsSprint planningSprint reviewsSprint retrospectivesRemove impediments to help the team stay productivePromote Agile best practices and continuous improvementEnsure adherence to Scrum principles and team normsSupport Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritizationTeam Coordination & Communication:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure clear communication of project goals, priorities, and milestonesCapture meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsFoster collaboration across cross-functional teamsReporting & Metrics:Track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)Assist in generating reports for leadershipIdentify trends and areas of improvement in team performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldCore Skills:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailTechnical & Methodology Skills:Basic understanding of:Project management concepts (scope, schedule, risk)Agile/Scrum frameworkFamiliarity with tools such as:Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsMicrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Soft Skills:Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachProactive and self-motivated attitudeAdaptability and willingness to learnStrong interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Internship or academic project experience in project management or Agile environmentsExposure to Agile certifications such as:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)PMI-ACP (or coursework toward certification)Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Work Environment:Collaborative, team-focused environmentExposure to cross-functional business and IT teamsOpportunity to work on transformation and digital initiatives
