We are proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work with awards for being a Top Work Place with Top DE&I Practices!ResponsibilitiesReview and process contracts in CRM system – be able to identify if the contract package is not complete and communicate with the Project Manager accordinglyIssue and receive purchase orders and solicit proposals to sub-contractorsMaintain contact information and other documentations for technicians and sub-contractors, including performance and productivity spreadsheetsInitiate project related reports as assigned including signal, lock out, COGS, RMR and project close-out reportsAssist Project Manager in finalizing parts lists for projects, interacting with Inventory to stage those parts, and help research any custom parts for orderingPerform pre-installation system programming and verify alignment between contract and scope of work delivered to the installation teamAssist Project Manager in any required permits, drawings, and submittals for projects, as warranted by customerAssist the Project Manager to create scope of work packages for each installation to ensure proper execution of installations for the customerReview completeness of installation closeout checklists with Project ManagersHandle COI requests from customersFor Kastle Video systems, email the internet requirements and the Kastle contact sheet.Coordinate sub-contractors for site execution of workAssist the Project Manager's maintaining the on-line schedule program – add/remove technicians and make changes in the schedule as requestedQualificationsCollege degree or 4 years of relevant experienceAbility to work as a team player in a fast-paced professional environmentAbility to function as a liaison between Installation Technicians, Project Managers, Client Services, and leadershipTechnical and analytical skills; ability to learn new programs, systems, and applicationsExcellent organizational skills and ability to develop goals while managing multiple competing prioritiesExcellent telephone manner, and professional writing skillsExperience in drawings and schematics with Bluebeam, CAD, etc a plusAbility to travel frequently by automobile – local travel only (up to 50%)Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and/or nights when requiredKastle Systems is the leader in managed security, with a track record of introducing innovative technologies to serve over 460M square feet of real estate globally.
