Ladybird Montessori School is growing! We are looking for an experienced Primary Lead Guide for a Children's House classroom. We are located on 14.5 acres and serve children from birth-8th grade. We also have a working farm that has an alpaca, goats, and chickens! We have a very close knit and supportive community at Ladybird and a staff that is like extended family. We are looking for a Guide who is passionate about Montessori education and the outdoors, as farming and gardening are a part of the curriculum at Ladybird. Ladybird Montessori has 4 Children's House classrooms and a very strong Children's House team that is wonderful to work with. Compensation depends on training and the years of experience in the classroom.

Please only apply if you meet the below requirements:

• Montessori MACTE approved AMS or AMI 3-6, and at least one full year as the Lead Guide in a Montessori Primary classroom OR are currently in or enrolling in a MACTE Montessori Training Credential Program. Guides in training start at $45,000 (and Ladybird will help pay for the training) and fully certified guides are compensated between $50,000-$57,500 depending on experience. The position also includes numerous paid holidays, healthcare, dental, a yoga membership, and other benefits.

• Bachelors Degree is preferred, but experience can substitute for bachelors degree as long as the Lead Guide is holding her/his MACTE approved Montessori Primary Certification or is currently in a training.
