Luxury Watch Client Advisor Location: Orchard/MBS Duration: Asap - Perm Salary: Up to $6,000/Mth Job scope Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs and supporting the boutique in meeting overall sales goals Welcome clients, understand their needs, and manage the full sales process Recommend suitable products based on clients' needs and preferences Maintain good knowledge of products, availability, delivery updates, and brand history Keep updated on competitors and trends within the luxury retail industry Maintain professional grooming and presentation as a brand ambassador Support boutique opening and closing, stock management, and repair processes Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the boutique database Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Support CRM activities, client engagement plans, and boutique or external events Requirements Singaporeans Only Have strong clientele Prior experience in luxury retail #J-18808-Ljbffr RecruitFirst Pte.
