Job Title: Cook Job Location: Godfrey, IL About the Role Nexus of Godfrey is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our team! As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving delicious meals to our patients, staff, and visitors. If you're passionate about cooking and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and special dietary meals Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service and presentation Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to special requests and dietary needs Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 0 years of experience as a cook or in a related role Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices What We Offer *** (TBD - Please fill in with salary information) *** *** (TBD - Please fill in with benefits information) *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
