Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Make a lasting impact in an integrated care setting. Schedule : Full-time and Part-time Available About Us Klamath Health Partnership (KHP) is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center offering medical, dental, and behavioral health services to underserved communities. Our integrated care model means you’ll collaborate daily with primary care providers to support whole-person health. What You’ll Do As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy and crisis support to patients with a range of needs—from SPMI to chronic pain, substance use, and domestic violence. You’ll also help patients build skills for long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual, couples, family, or group therapy using CBT, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-based models Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Respond to crises and coordinate with hospitals or community partners (DHS, SPOKES, KBBH) Collaborate with medical providers to co-manage care Document in EMR and contribute to care team updates What We’re Looking For Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field CADC (1, 2, or 3) a plus Multicultural awareness and Spanish fluency preferred Strong communicator and team player in fast-paced settings Experience with EMR and DSM-5 diagnostics Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Licensure supervision and CEU support Inclusive, trauma-informed workplace Accessibility & Accommodations We’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
