Join a well‑established boutique insurance defense firm with a collaborative culture and hands‑on litigation practice. We're seeking a Senior Senior Attorney. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases. Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings and discovery. Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Negotiate settlements and develop effective litigation strategies. Collaborate with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. 7+ years of civil litigation and insurance defense experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience handling motions, depositions, and case management independently. Construction defect and electronic billing experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits $150,000+ based on experience.
