HR CoordinatorThe HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and programs. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance activities. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping to answer HR-related questions and maintain a positive employee experience.Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.Support the coordination of HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Oversee the gaming license program for employees, ensuring compliance with gaming industry regulations.Liaise with regulatory agencies to address licensing inquiries and ensure timely processing of applications.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing them with necessary information and materials.Support the offboarding process by handling exit interviews, collecting company property, and updating employee records.Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Assist with HRIS data entry, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in HR practices.Assist with HR audits and compliance checks.Additional duties as assigned.What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.Familiarity with gaming industry regulations and licensing processes is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Lottery Gaming License.Must be at least 21 years of age.Wage $21.00 per hourAdditional requirements include the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, speak, read, write, and understand English, tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule, handle a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks under time constraints, manage heavy business volume and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems in a timely manner, simultaneously manage several projects without being frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles, respond to visual and aural cues, have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment, recognize and respond to individuals with questions, maneuver around office and property, work independently, lift and carry 10 pounds, and bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.Job InfoJob Identification 89913Job Category Human ResourcesJob Schedule Full timeLocations Caesars Virginia (On-site)
