This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for the accurate processing of payroll, billing, accounts receivable support, and payroll compliance.We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Extensive Paycom experience and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are preferred for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on time using Paycom HR & Payroll System.Ensure payroll compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain accurate payroll records, employee earnings, deductions, and tax documentation.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while partnering with Human Resources and management.Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and efficiently.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.Reconcile billing records and assist with financial reporting.Maintain accurate billing documentation and financial records.Respond professionally to employee and client payroll and billing inquiries.Assist with payroll audits and reporting.Recommend process improvements that enhance payroll and billing efficiency.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and financial information.Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.Required QualificationsRequired ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.Demonstrated hands-on experience using Paycom Payroll and HRIS is REQUIRED.Experience managing payroll for multi-state employees preferred.Previous billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience.Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage and hour compliance.Required SkillsBilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred – Must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish with employees, managers, and business partners.
