Back Payroll Specialist Payroll Bedford , New Hampshire Temp Per Hour Sep 10, 2026 $27.00 - $35.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a client in Hillsborough County, NH that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its team. This position will support a large, multi-state employee population and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Process and support bi-weekly payroll Audit weekly payroll for hourly employees and prepare related payroll reporting Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS Perform routine payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Support payroll changes related to onboarding, promotions, compensation, leaves, and terminations Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee-related issues Qualifications: Previous experience processing payroll ERP experience required (larger systems preferred) Strong Excel skills including sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUPs; Pivot Table experience is preferred Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies Comfortable supporting payroll across multiple states and employee populations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compensation is up to $30/hour DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
