Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Cleveland, OH. Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while following established procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, and complying with all safety, quality, and hazardous materials regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to work instructions and hazardous materials requirements.
• Verify product information including catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, weights, and special customer requests.
• Receive inbound shipments by unloading trucks, inspecting deliveries, unpacking products, and stocking inventory.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Process inventory transactions and material movements using SAP.
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, packing equipment, and other warehouse tools to complete daily tasks.
• Perform inventory audits, shelf maintenance, and cycle checks to ensure accurate product locations and inventory counts.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect materials and assist with inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Deliver raw materials and supplies to designated production or warehouse areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator and protective hood, when required.
• Complete assigned documentation accurately and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience required.
• Three or more years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, packing equipment, cutting tools, computers, and printers.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive movement throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around chemicals while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to meet respirator requirements and work in a warehouse environment with exposure to industrial materials.
