Jr. Solutions Engineer - SaaS

Responsibilities Learn the ShipperHQ platform and become a product expert. Support sales calls and demos by explaining how our solution fits customers' needs. Troubleshoot basic setup questions and guide customers through early configuration steps. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the Product team. Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering to solve customer challenges. Expand technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e‑commerce ecosystem. Qualifications Recent graduate in a technical or business‑related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience). Some exposure to web technologies or SaaS products; familiarity with REST APIs is a plus. Strong communicator who enjoys working with people. Detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn. Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
