Spot Welder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00/hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- Operate spot welding machines to join sheet metal components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders.
- Load, position, and secure parts in fixtures prior to welding.
- Inspect welded assemblies to ensure quality standards and dimensional requirements are met.
- Perform visual inspections and verify weld strength and appearance.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and basic fabrication equipment as needed.
- Maintain production rates while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Spot Welder Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
