Position Details Job Location: Meridian, ID 83642 Position Type: Full Time Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Fitness/Athletics POSITION SUMMARY The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Annual Salary, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours. Full benefits package. PTO. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Discounts on club products and services. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures. Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards. Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems. Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility. Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies. If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category. CPR Certification.
