Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst II in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: Are you passionate about turning business needs into innovative digital and data-driven solutions? We're seeking a Product Analyst II to help drive the design, implementation, and growth of digital healthcare products that improve experiences for patients, providers, and staff. In this role, you'll partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, evaluate solutions, and support the delivery of impactful data and digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping product roadmaps, driving analytics initiatives, and advancing data-informed decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do: Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable product backlog items Develop workflow diagrams and process documentation to support solution design and implementation Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Support digital and data product roadmaps through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and product adoption efforts Build and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs Assist with testing, training, implementation, and ongoing optimization of systems and applications Drive data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst II in Los Angeles, CA. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
