Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Auto and General Liability claims experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing claims professionals. Strong technical knowledge of commercial casualty claims, litigation, reserving, and coverage analysis. Active adjuster license (or ability to obtain required licensing). Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
