Business Development Specialist

Ingun USA is seeking a highly motivated and Business Development Specialist to join our team and identify new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and strengthening client relationships. Your tasks: Engage with B- and C-tier electronics customers to understand their test setups, product requirements, and future needs Identify and communicate how our products—test probes, fixtures, tools, cables, and accessories—can solve application-specific challenges Serve as a technical-commercial bridge by aligning customer use cases with the most appropriate product configurations Work closely with the Business Development Manager to prioritize outreach to internal and external stakeholders, share insights, and support strategic initiatives Collaborate with Field Application Engineers to gather application-level feedback and provide added technical support during customer conversations Manage and update the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool, including tracking opportunities, documenting interactions, and monitoring account status Develop and maintain structured customer profiles with relevant technical specs, usage patterns, and account history Help surface early warning signs of customer disengagement and support retention initiatives. Contribute to market segment expansion efforts by identifying repeatable use cases and underrepresented customer types Relay customer insights to product, sales, and marketing teams to inform go-to-market planning and roadmap prioritization Your skills: 2–4+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or customer-facing roles in the electronics or test equipment industry Familiarity with electronic test environments, including test fixtures, probes, cables, and tools Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical discussions into actionable business insights Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including opportunity tracking, account updates, and activity logging Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations, discovery processes, and documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment What we offer: A challenging position that is rich in variety Job security in a growing company Targeted induction International and interdisciplinary work assignments and projects Flexible working time and mobile working Modern IT equipment Interested?
