Role Description:-

• This position reports directly to the VP of Construction and is responsible for maintaining Client/Owner and Subcontractor relations for the duration of construction projects.

• Providing technical support for Procore, maintaining the flow of each project, organizing client files and ensuring accuracy of information in the database while assisting the Project Managers and Superintendents from Bidding support, through the course of construction and closeout you will own that project.

Qualifications:-

• We are looking for candidates with 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator (Construction)

• Candidates should have experience supporting Project Managers, coordinating subcontractors, and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, project schedules, and closeout documentation.

• Commercial construction experience is strongly preferred. Our projects primarily consist of restaurant, retail, office, and tenant improvement work, so candidates with experience in these environments would be ideal.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of construction processes and materials

• Experience with project management software namely Procore

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

• Procore experience preferred
