We're hiring a Google Cloud Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical face of Evonence in every sales conversation that matters.

You'll be the bridge between our customers' business ambitions and the Google Cloud solutions that turn those ambitions into reality. From Fortune 500 CTOs to fast-scaling mid-market CIOs, you'll design solutions, run technical deep-dives, and walk into every meeting as the person who makes the vision believable.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility remote role working alongside a passionate team of Google Cloud experts, AI engineers, and delivery specialists — with direct exposure to Google's own field teams and some of the most exciting AI transformations happening in North America.

• Partner with sales to uncover customer needs and shape winning technical strategies
• Design end-to-end Google Cloud solutions across BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, Apigee, and cloud infrastructure
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and live demos that turn skeptics into champions
• Build proof-of-concept environments that let customers experience the "wow" firsthand
• Own the technical response to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals — from architecture diagrams to migration plans
• Conduct architecture and migration assessments for enterprise and mid-market prospects
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure every solution you propose is feasible, scalable, and tied to real business outcomes
• Be the customer's trusted technical advisor throughout the entire sales cycle

• A translator — you take complex GCP architectures and make them make sense to CFOs, CTOs, and everyone in between
• A builder — hands-on with Google Cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Apigee) and cloud architecture fundamentals
• A closer — you've supported enterprise or mid-market sales cycles and know how to turn technical wins into commercial wins
• A communicator — presenting to technical and non-technical audiences energizes you; concise documentation is second nature
• A learner — you keep up with what's new in Gemini, Vertex AI, and the Google Cloud ecosystem because you love this stuff
• A collaborator — you thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and juggle multiple opportunities with ease

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute, Storage, Networking, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Apigee, etc.)
• Experience designing or supporting cloud migration, modernization, or data/AI solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort operating in a remote, collaborative, fast-moving xhyhwjd environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points:

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect Data Engineer , or Machine Learning Engineer certifications
• Experience with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or agentic AI architectures
• Prior pre-sales or solutions engineering experience at a Google Cloud partner or hyperscaler
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, semantic layers (LookML), or MLOps
