Kidz Biz Preparatory is seeking a loving, dependable, and energetic Infant Teacher to join our nationally accredited preschool team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

At Kidz Biz, we believe “We don’t hire babysitters. We hire teachers.” Our educators intentionally engage with children through meaningful interactions, hands-on learning, and developmentally appropriate activities that help build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys cuddles, creativity, music, sensory play, and supporting infants through important developmental milestones in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding children’s progress and care
• Follow Missouri licensing regulations and center policies
• Work collaboratively with leadership and fellow teachers
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and positive classroom management

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must meet Missouri state licensing requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic personality
