This role offers a competitive wage of $25.00 - $35.00 USD per hour . Responsibilities Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify key trends and opportunities for optimisation. Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, online branding initiatives, and digital marketing strategies against established key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate performance to internal teams and clients. Translate raw data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making. Collaborate closely with our web design and marketing teams to provide data‑driven recommendations for improving customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate and refine marketing tactics. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected from various sources, implementing processes for quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within a digital marketing or technology‑focused environment. Strong proficiency in data analysis and querying languages, such as SQL, Python, or R. Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail. Adept at communicating complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of digital marketing metrics would be a significant advantage.
