In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, providing personalized recommendations, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales process. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, product knowledge, and account support while working alongside a supportive and goal-oriented team.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in person and create a positive retail experience
• Ask questions to understand individual customer needs and preferences
• Present products, services, and available promotions in a clear and engaging way
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Guide customers through purchases, account setup, and service activation
• Build customer relationships through professional and helpful communication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and current promotions
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance accurately
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent customer experience
