About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Finance to lead and oversee financial decision-making, organizational planning, and administrative support for its global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial resources, operational structures, and procurement systems align with the organization's strategic and programmatic priorities. This role involves overseeing key global finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial operations, and grants management. The Vice President will also be a key member of the Global Management Team, contributing to organizational planning and enterprise-wide initiatives that support the effective delivery of conservation programs worldwide. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA, MPA, and/or CPA, and at least 15 years of management experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior management of a complex global organization. Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grants management, and procurement is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in financial management practices, organizational planning, and the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A commitment to conservation and proficiency in a language other than English is a plus.
