Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately to comply with regulatory standards and enhance patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team’s approach to treatment.

• Collaborate across various programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization’s high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners to facilitate holistic support for our clients.

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to align service delivery with the organization’s mission and contract standards.

• Establish strategic relationships with local and state entities to cultivate partnerships, enhance visibility, and secure funding for our programs.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and agency-related meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
