Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Greater County Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group settings.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address client concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including those who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of clients facing various issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
