Position Overview

ShipperHQ is looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, team, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in creating an exceptional employee experience.

Success in this role comes from being adaptable, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. No task is too big or too small. You take initiative, solve problems, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Whether you're planning an event, processing invoices, stocking the kitchen, or helping with a last-minute project, you're someone the team can count on.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Keep our office clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming
  • Help set up lunches, celebrations, and team events
  • Coordinate company meetings and office activities
  • Book flights, hotels, and travel for team members
  • Process invoices, expenses, and other administrative tasks
  • Work with vendors and building management
  • Support marketing and leadership with projects big and small
  • Help with company events
  • Pitch in wherever help is needed
