Customer Management Systems is an Automotive Training Center located in Sanford, FL. We train sales reps every week nationwide. CMS is currently seeking ​a candidate to perform Executive Assistant/Accounts Receivable duties. You will be responsible for Executive Assistant duties including receiving all money for the company and entering all payments into our financial software.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and entering all payments into Quick Books
• Send invoices to all customers and make collection calls to past due accounts
• Download customer information from dealerships CRM
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Assist Receptionist with Incoming Calls
• Executive Assistant to the Owner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting software. (preferably Quick Books)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Scheduled Hours are Monday through Friday (8:45 AM/6:00 PM)

This position is customer facing at times and we are looking for someone that is not only good with numbers but also understands how to give exceptional customer experiences. Starting pay will be based on experience. If you are interested, please submit your resume for consideration.
