Akkodis is seeking a Contact Centre Agent/ Call Centre Agent in Phoenix, AZ for a 12-month contract. The rate range is $15.00 - $18.00 P/HR. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The business operates a call centre to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
• The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
