The team emphasizes service, practical solutions, and ongoing support so clients can focus on their core business while maintaining a competitive benefits package. Role Description The Benefits Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This role manages a portfolio of employer clients, serving as the primary point of contact for benefits‑related questions, plan administration, and ongoing support. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating benefits enrollments and changes, assisting with renewals, and helping HR teams interpret plan designs, eligibility rules, and carrier requirements. The Benefits Account Manager will work with internal teams and external carriers to resolve issues, track deadlines, and ensure accurate and timely implementation of benefits plans. The role also includes preparing client‑facing materials, hosting or supporting employee education sessions, and providing proactive guidance to improve the overall benefits experience for client organizations and their employees. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in employee benefits account management, client service, or HR support, preferably in a brokerage, agency, or benefits administration environment. Strong knowledge of group health and welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), enrollment processes, and basic compliance concepts (e.g., eligibility, plan year, qualifying life events). Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to explain benefits information clearly to HR stakeholders and employees. High level of organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or agency management systems) and comfort learning new benefits platforms. Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in documentation, data, and client communications. Ability to work on‑site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and carrier partners. Required: prior experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry and relevant professional certifications or coursework; a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is beneficial but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
