Automotive Administrative & Accounting Support Clerk
Patterson Autos – Tustin, CA Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits
Patterson Autos , home to Tustin Mazda, Tustin Hyundai, and Tustin Kia , is a highly rated, community focused automotive group serving Orange County for over 20 years. We are seeking a reliable and detail driven Administrative & Accounting Support Clerk to join our business office in Tustin.

Position Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile bank deposits
- Perform schedule reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
- Assist with car deal paperwork , contracts, and compliance
- Support new & used vehicle stocking documentation
- Provide administrative overflow support to the office team
- Verify, compile, and process dealership forms and reports
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership accounting experience a MUST
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- High school diploma required
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$23 per hour , depending on experience
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday

The office assistance clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
