With multiple locations across GA, TN, NC, and OH, Ace continues to grow through strong relationships, safe work practices, and consistent project success.We offer:Electrical Construction ServicesFabrication CapabilitiesHard Bid & Design-Build ProjectsNegotiated ContractsLarge-Scale Commercial & Industrial WorkAce Electric is built on safety, quality, and long-term career development.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife, Disability, Accident & Critical Illness Coverage401(k) with Company MatchAce University: Apprenticeship, Leadership Training & Skill DevelopmentPosition SummaryThe Electrical Foreman supports the Superintendent and/or Project Manager by leading field crews and assisting with the installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on assigned projects.This role functions as a crew leader / working foreman, overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and direct field personnel on assigned projects or work tasksPlan and organize work activities for maximum efficiency and productivityEnsure materials are ordered, received, and available on scheduleMaintain required personal tools as directed by leadershipEnsure compliance with company policies, safety manuals, and proceduresDirect field installation of electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and equipmentCoordinate work to meet project schedules and production goalsEnsure crew adherence to safety standards and company guidelinesPerform all other duties as assignedPreferred Skills & QualificationsStrong commercial and industrial electrical backgroundStrong troubleshooting skills using test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.)Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid training preferredAbility to operate and maintain a service vehicle safelyProfessional communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to maintain organized jobsite documentation and recordsStrong time management and productivity skillsAbility to work on rotating 24-hour call schedule as neededStrong leadership and crew management abilityProficient with basic computer and documentation toolsMandatory RequirementsValid Driver's LicenseBackground CheckDrug ScreeningReferencesPosition RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredCertification: None requiredExperience: Minimum 2 years electrical experience preferredWorking ConditionsWork in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)Work at heights up to 90 feet on ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and platformsWork in confined spaces (manholes, switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, tunnels)Must wear required PPE at all timesOvertime, night shifts, and travel/out-of-town work may be requiredPhysically demanding field construction environmentUse of ladders and construction equipment requiredPhysical & Mental RequirementsIdentify wire colors and electrical componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawingsOperate manual and automatic transmission vehiclesLift up to 50 lbs frequently (20 lbs regularly)Climb ladders and work at elevated heightsBend, stoop, kneel, crawl, squat, push, pull, and reach overheadStand and walk for extended periodsPerform repetitive hand and arm movementsMaintain awareness in active construction environmentsSafely use tools and equipmentEqual Opportunity EmployerAce Electric, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
