Now hiring Production Associates $16.00 per hour plus shift differential. Overtime available. Plant runs 3 shifts 7 days per week. Employees are assigned to work one steady shift.

As a Production Team Member, you will maintain production lines with cartons as well as seal and stack finished product and doing visual checks of caps in our New Castle, PA facility. Apply today!

What you'll do:

• Ensuring that the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections
• Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes
• Periodically re-threading labels, filling ink and liner and unjamming caps
• Properly labeling the filled boxes and stacking them on the pallet. Filled boxes weigh up to 32 pounds and are stacked 6-7 high on the pallet

What you'll need to have:

Ability to frequently transport a box of product weighing between 15 and 35 lbs. for a short distance from the line to stack on the pallet
