Customer Experience Representative

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality service and support across multiple programs. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone and correspondence, resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support retention through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance
• Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence
• Use product knowledge to support retention and sales opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Background in sales and/or upselling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $22/hr
• Schedule: Monday- Friday flexibility to work 7am-7pm (8-hour schedule will be determined within those hours)
• Location : 100% onsite, Chanhassen
