Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a proud graduate of Viterbo University. We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
