Location: San Diego, CA (Remote, Must reside in CA)

Salary Pay Range: $150,000 - $210,000 USD DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Role:
Join a highly regarded litigation team handling a wide range of labor and employment matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and more. In addition to litigation, you will contribute to workplace investigations, policy development, and employment counseling in a collaborative and flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate, negotiate, litigate, arbitrate, and try employment-related claims
• Handle matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations
• Manage cases involving ADA disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and privacy rights claims
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic recommendations
• Draft and negotiate employment and severance agreements
• Develop and advise on personnel policies and employment practices
• Provide training on employment-related topics
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategy and ensure efficient case management

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience required
• Active and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
