• Base: $125,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience — with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
• Bonus: Paid quarterly, up to $25,000 annually

The Opportunity

Elite Consulting Partners is the recruiting and M&A advisory firm built to become the name financial advisors think of first when they're considering a move. We're scaling toward $100M in revenue, and we're hiring the person who's going to run marketing and make it happen.

No layers, no committee, no VP between you and the decision-maker. Our CEO sets the vision and generates a steady stream of direction. You turn it into a plan and make sure it ships.

What You'll Own

• Marketing execution across all our brands — ECP, EAS, and Founder's Personal Brand
• The demand engine — lead generation and channel strategy, measured on qualified pipeline, not impressions
• Our founder's content engine — the systems and cadence that turn his voice into content that performs
• A remote creative team of three, plus vendors — leading and holding accountable both internal brand work and client deliverables
• Client delivery oversight — our CEO owns the client relationships; you make sure the work gets delivered on time and on standard
• Marketing systems and measurement — reporting and process that mostly don't exist yet
• Hands-on messaging and creative work — some of it comes directly from you

What Makes You Right for This

• You've run a marketing function — and you can point to pipeline or revenue you generated
• You're exceptional at execution . Things don't slip through you
• You've managed remote teams and know delivery runs on documented process, not good intentions
• You can build systems from scratch
• You're hands-on — you can write the messaging yourself, not just brief someone else
• Bonus: financial services, wealth management, or agency-side client service experience

This Role Isn't Right for You If...

• You need to be the source of the ideas. Our CEO generates a lot of direction, and that isn't changing.
• You can only produce through other people. You'll have a team — but we need someone who can also do the work if necessary.
• You believe brand work shouldn't be held to a number. We invest seriously in brand, but everything ties back to pipeline.
• You'll want the role reshaped around what you enjoy most. The scope is the scope.
• You're hoping to negotiate remote or hybrid after an offer. Not up for negotiation
• You want to punch a clock. Ideas and opportunities here don't follow normal business hours. If a Saturday text with an idea in it feels like an intrusion, this isn't your seat.
• You're not comfortable with direction change. When CEO feels something isn't working or has an idea that needs to be put into place, you'll need to be comfortable with pivoting.
