• 2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred)

Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and job site procedures \ Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards \ Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills \ Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) \ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications \ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management a plus \ Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
