Manager, Underwriting Model Product Support

Position Summary As Underwriting Model Product Support Manager you will function as a Product Owner responsible for understanding PBM pricing and forecasting tools and providing business user support to resolve questions and problems. The role is business-oriented and positioned prominently between internal application users and our technology organization. You will assist in the implementation and testing of model revisions and enhancements and support the product’s ongoing improvement. Responsibilities Respond to production support tickets, isolate root cause, and determine a path to resolution. Facilitate best practice user‑training exercises. Suggest and prioritize product improvements based on materiality. Communicate with business users and other ecosystem stakeholders using a professional, customer‑service‑focused demeanor. Leverage business understanding to ensure product requirements are accurately captured and communicated. Develop tools and procedures to create efficiencies in testing and defect resolution. Assist with UAT and broader testing efforts to minimize future defects stemming from initial development. Develop financial analyses to support future modeling improvements. Design technical solutions and reporting capabilities addressing business issues and concerns. Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management, financial/pricing analysis, and/or underwriting experience, or a combination thereof. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey complex topics in clear and concise terms. Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization. Innovative mindset and ability to work outside of established boundaries. Results‑oriented with the ability to keep others on task to meet defined goals. Experience developing complex financial solutions and working with technical audiences to ensure proper implementation. In-depth understanding of drug pricing, healthcare markets, and financial forecasting. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or healthcare industry work experience. Experience working with IT and agile Scrum methodology. Degree related to finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business, or other data‑related fields preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $60,300.00 – $132,600.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
