National Account Manager

With a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for fashion, we’re looking for a dynamic Phone Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth. Position Overview Are you a relentless hunter with a knack for closing deals? We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, making high-volume outbound calls, and converting opportunities into sales. Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to grow your book of business. Some travel to potential customers locally and trade shows around the country. Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Conduct extensive outbound calls (40-50 outbound calls/day) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the outdoor sports stores, boutiques, and apparel sector. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by researching and reaching out to prospects through various channels. Sales Execution: Present our product offerings effectively, addressing client needs and pain points to close deals and drive revenue growth. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of phone sales experience, preferably in the apparel, outdoor sports, retail, or related industry. Skills: Proven ability to make high-volume calls, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Hunter Mentality: Strong prospecting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions effectively. Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual communication platforms.
